Connie Stefankiewicz is a Won For All Advisor – Won For All leverages Connie’s wide range of experiences to plan, develop and execute its marketing and brand development strategies, to ensure Won For All’s messaging resonates with its high profile, elite athlete target market.
Connie has served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Bank of Montreal Financial Group and President and Chief Executive Officer for BMO InvestorLine.
As the Chief Marketing Officer at BMO Financial Group, Connie was responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company’s brand architecture and brand strategies as well as all aspects of BMO’s global marketing programs.
Throughout her career, Connie has been recognized for her innovative work. She was honoured as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100, by Women’s Executive Network. And in 2017, Strategy™, Canada’s national marketing community publication, named Connie Marketer of the Year, for “The BMO Effect” campaign.
Her innovative media sponsorships and branded content ranged from a BMO TV partnership with The Amazing Race Canada to the basketball court. BMO launched the “BMO Ball-Star” All-Star Weekend in Toronto, all part of their strategy to show its human side and to better connect with fans. Their sports partnerships continued on to the pitch with involvement with all of Canada’s MLS teams.
A passionate sports fan, Connie is an avid MLS, TFC soccer fan since 2005.
Additional previous roles Connie held at BMO Financial Group included: Head, North American Channels Strategy & Solutions, and Head North American Customer Contact Centers. She was also a long-standing member of BMO’s Executive and Operating Committees.
Connie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from McMaster University, and a Master of Business Administration from York University – Schulich School of Business.
Connie has served on many charitable boards over the years, including volunteering her time on the Board of Governors at McMaster University, and as a Board member of St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation.
