Kim Donaldson consults for Won For All on personal brand development, marketing partnerships, content creation, and startup business strategy.

She brings deep experience as a two-time media company founder, brand creator, marketing consultant, graphic designer, content writer, and women’s sports thought leader.

Kim played Varsity Squash at Yale, where her team won a National Championship. Throughout her career, she has used her passion for women’s sports and her competitive drive to create innovative companies that challenge the status quo, including Excelle Sports, the first editorial platform to cover all women’s sports. As a women’s sports thought leader, she has served as a guest lecturer or panelist for organizations including the Women’s Sports Foundation, Leaders (UK), NYCVC, Yale, NYU, CUNY and George Washington University.

In addition to Won For All, Kim consults on brand strategy, content and design through her company, BOLDEN and is an Adjunct Instructor at the NYU Tisch Institute for Global Sport.

Previously, Kim was Co-Founder & CEO of Excelle Sports, where she worked with leagues including the WNBA, NWSL, NWHL, NCAA, WTA, National Pro Fastpitch, and many others.
