As a member of Won for All’s Bench, Dani brings with her a passion for coaching as an ICF ACC coach, who inspires and supports all who cross her path. She has most notably worked with elite athletes and professional staff at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) in the spaces of career, life, identity, education, and sport intersections. Athlete clients, Olympic and Paralympic, came from winter and summer sports, the National Team, as well as retired athletes. All athletes often worked with Dani on future sport retirement transition plans or for a career pivot.

Before the USOPC, Dani worked with collegiate student-athletes. Life transitions are a specialty, and Dani enjoys building authentic relationships and helping athletes get to where they need to be by providing the right resources and support. Dani holds her CCSP through NDCA and GCDF certifications and is halfway through her Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Leadership.

Dani presently works at Vail Resorts as a Sr. Mgr. HR Business Partner and is assessment certified: MBTI, the Strong Interest Inventory, and as a CliftonStrengths Educator.
