Digital & Social Marketing Strategist:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive value for Won For All through the creation, and implementation of a Won For All digital marketing & content strategy that helps us achieve our organizational goals (Content Calendar, Optimize SEO, content creation, and day-to-day execution)
- Facilitate and engage in online conversations with followers and potential clients, including responding to queries or questions
- Work collaboratively with the Digital and Marketing teams to develop and implement creative ways to improve and grow our social channels
- Oversee digital marketing and social media campaign performance
- Work with the graphic designer & marketing team to keep the website updated and current; maintain wonforall.com (updating messaging, team bios, revising/creating webpages, etc., as required)
- Measure and report regularly on digital marketing performance against KPI’s, and communicate strategies that may be implemented to improve performance (if needed)
- Keep up to date on industry trends and provide ongoing, strategic digital and social media growth feedback to Won For All management
- Participate in AdHoc assignments as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with social media platforms and strong knowledge of social media strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok)
- Experience with, or knowledge of, digital marketing tools or platforms (such as Hootsuite)
- Familiarity and basic comfort level using Photoshop or Canva
- Experience using WordPress
- Knowledge, or demonstrated passion, of the athlete/sport space, preferably first-hand as a varsity level athlete, or higher
- 1+ years of experience managing digital marketing and social media campaigns that align with business objectives preferred, but not required
- 1+ years of experience hitting KPIs, metrics, and growth targets preferred, but not required
