Digital & Social Marketing Strategist: 

Exciting opportunities at Won For All as we build out our team to support our ambitious growth plans for 2022! We intend for this volunteer opportunity to convert to an employment opportunity following our successful fundraising efforts – anticipated early 2022. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive value for Won For All through the creation, and implementation of a Won For All digital marketing & content strategy that helps us achieve our organizational goals (Content Calendar, Optimize SEO, content creation, and day-to-day execution) 
  • Facilitate and engage in online conversations with followers and potential clients, including responding to queries or questions 
  • Work collaboratively with the Digital and Marketing teams to develop and implement creative ways to improve and grow our social channels 
  • Oversee digital marketing and social media campaign performance
  • Work with the graphic designer & marketing team to keep the website updated and current; maintain (updating messaging, team bios, revising/creating webpages, etc., as required)  
  • Measure and report regularly on digital marketing performance against KPI’s, and communicate strategies that may be implemented to improve performance (if needed)
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and provide ongoing, strategic digital and social media growth feedback to Won For All management 
  • Participate in AdHoc assignments as needed 

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Proficiency with social media platforms and strong knowledge of social media strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) 
  • Experience with, or knowledge of, digital marketing tools or platforms (such as Hootsuite)
  • Familiarity and basic comfort level using Photoshop or Canva
  • Experience using WordPress 
  • Knowledge, or demonstrated passion, of the athlete/sport space, preferably first-hand as a varsity level athlete, or higher 
  • 1+ years of experience managing digital marketing and social media campaigns that align with business objectives preferred, but not required 
  • 1+ years of experience hitting KPIs, metrics, and growth targets preferred, but not required
