Former pro hockey player Jens Casten brings an exceptional enthusiasm and ability to motivate and inspire others, to the Won For All bench.

After an injury derailed his career as a pro hockey player in Germany, Jens knew he wanted to remain close to the professional sports world, and be a source of knowledge and support for the next generation(s) of young athletes. Armed with a Master Business Coach and Sports Psychology certifications, he has been able to do just that. Today, his focus is on helping athletes, at all levels, overcome mental blocks that are hindering them from being the best they can be in both their personal and athletic lives.

In addition to his experience in the world of sports, Jens brings 15 years of business consulting experience, working with mid to large-sized business owners and organizational leaders. Helping them gain clarity around time, money, and people.

In addition to his business coach & sports psychology certifications, Jens is a certified personal and athletic trainer, keynote and motivational speaker, and is experienced in gym management.

Throughout his playing career, he was part of 5 championship teams and was the recipient of 5 MVP titles.
