With over two decades of pioneer building experiences in leadership and brand development, career and change management fields – which includes work with the National Hockey League, National Football League, Major League Soccer Players Association and the Women’s National Basketball Players Association –  Joe is a highly regarded strategist and thought-leader in the business of sports.

Serving as a business strategist, Joe coaches and mentors WFA’s forward-thinking clientele who range from active and former elite and professional athletes, from all sports, and collaborates with athlete stakeholders and influential leaders and businesses partners.

Throughout his career, Joe has followed his passion to help trailblazing businesses and brands navigate change, fuelling empowerment that propels extraordinary performances, passion, purpose and sustainable prosperity in sport, business, and life.

A driven competitor – a former NCAA D1 scholarship athlete turned ‘Corporate Athlete’ –Joe climbed the ranks through progressive business development, marketing and operations roles,

He has quarterbacked both disruptive start-ups and established business brands. As an Intrapreneur, Joe created inaugural roles, spearheading growth and expansion strategies for three international companies. This included building a global sports practice for LHH a Human Capital, Talent Management firm, (formerly DBM) and serving as a National Vice President. In addition, Joe  leading SaaS technology, Silicon Valley startup RiseSmart into Canada.

The innovative thinker and storyteller evolved into an entrepreneur, by cultivating relationships and leveraging his niche sports market experiences, proprietary knowledge and expertise, launching an investor-backed, global business (Rembrand Sports Inc. which operated as VIKTRE.)

Today, Joe continues to forge new paths, setting the vision and overall business strategy for Won For All Inc., his second start-up. His authentic, transparent, inclusive and inspiring leadership style has created a positive, high-performance culture. A loving, proud father and youthful, energetic grandfather, Joe thrives when learning, growing, and helping others. His pay-it-forward community experiences include serving as a competitive youth sports coach for over a decade, and giving back as a mentor to students and aspiring entrepreneurs, as well as fundraising and brand ambassador roles for those in need, with Women Shelters and Big Brothers.
