Paul “Q” Quantrill

Paul “Q” Quantrill brings his 30-years of major league baseball experience to Won For All as a world-class MLB athlete, a member of the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame, and prominent leadership coach.

Paul serves as a mentor, a role model, and a brand ambassador for Won For All’s game-changing services, and will play an integral part in helping Won For All accelerate and execute its strategic vision of helping athletes be more than athletes.

He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and played 14 years in the MLB; 6 years with the Toronto Blue Jays, and winning a 2001 All-Star Award. Over the last 15 years, Paul has played and coached for Baseball Canada several times, winning PanAm Gold in 2015.

Paul has been the Special Assistant to the organization for Toronto Blue Jays for the last 10 years where he has focused on leadership skills, organizational culture, and team development. He is involved in Blue Jays strategic planning, mentoring program, and player enrichment initiatives, and is present at the Blue Jays Rookie Development Program annually.
