Sophie Turner – PCC, MMIE, CCMC, CPCC – brings her experience as a brand creator, business developer, career strategist, and executive and leadership coach for high performers, entrepreneurs, executives, and athletes to Won For All.
Sophie has held various public-facing roles in marketing, brand, and communications, leading major global corporate innovation initiatives, product launches, go-to-market plans, sponsorships, change management strategies, and curriculum development. Her experience isn’t limited to just the business side of sport but also delves into athlete transitions including their emotional and mental agility, career path, and owning their brand post-sport. She has worked with the Canadian Olympic Committee as one of the Leadership Coaches for their Olympic CO-OP program and with athletes through the COC’s Game Plan partnership with the Smith School of Business – Queen’s University.
Sophie holds a Masters degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MMIE) from the Smith School of Business, with a specialty in mental health and youth. Furthermore, she holds multiple certifications and training including her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Positive Intelligence, The Leadership Circle, Clifton Strength Finders, the Neuroscience of Coaching, Somatic Coaching, and Mental Health First Aid.
She is also trained in contextually based, experiential-driven transformative learning disciplines where she designs, delivers, and facilitates in-person and virtual education sessions for Executives, Entrepreneurs, and Game Plan athletes.
