Our Won Community includes active and former professional athletes and elite athletes from countless sports. We aim to have representation from every sport, team and individual and from every continent. Our mandate is to inspire, educate and enable other world-class athletes from rising stars to active and former professionals. We’re about podium performances and empowerment from the locker room (better leaders) to the community (better brand ambassadors), to the boardroom (better executives.)
All former WFA athletes have made successful transitions beyond their playing careers, overcoming the formidable ‘life after sport’ challenges to enjoy thriving second careers in the business world, thus becoming more than an athlete. Others are forward-thinking, active athletes who are proactively making an impact beyond the game they play now, and thus preparing for what’s next.
Our athlete community is highly respected. Having earned outstanding reputations in their sport and communities, they serve as role models and mentors for our athlete clients. Some serve on our leadership and advisory teams, and others are specialty business coaches for our clients. We believe that true success is defined not only by one’s athletic achievements but also their levels of happiness, purpose, and fulfillment.
